From humble beginnings in 2005, LTT now partners with over 200 companies throughout Australia and has trained over 40,000 students. We focus on developing outstanding practical skills tailored to industry, so our students can become assets to current and future employers.

Our registered training organisations, LTT Group Pty Ltd (RTO 51621) and Labtech Training Victoria Pty Ltd (RTO 22545) specialise in laboratory operations and pathology collection (phlebotomy) training for workplaces throughout Australia and individual students in our Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney training centres.

LTT is the largest private provider of vocational pathology collection and laboratory operations training in Australia. As a specialist training provider, we partner with some of the largest and most respected companies in the laboratory science and healthcare sectors. For organisations, we are a trusted partner that adds value to workforce development objectives whilst supporting commercial outcomes.

We access government incentives wherever possible to deliver lower cost accredited training in job-related and technical skills. Our programs are designed with close industry consultation to best equip our graduates with relevant skills and knowledge for employment – whether they are bringing updated expertise to an existing employer or embarking on a new career path. Established by the owner of LTT Group Pty Ltd (RTO 51621) in 2011, Labtech Training Victoria Pty Ltd (RTO 22545) operates in conjunction with LTT in Victoria. Labtech Training Victoria is registered by ASQA and offers training directly to Victorian students.

Using the same award-winning systems, staff, and strong industry links as LTT, Labtech Training Victoria is ideally placed to support the Victorian market with high-quality training and to offer excellent job outcomes.
